How does picture day work?
Picture day is fully organized and digital. Each player will take individual portraits and a team photo using professional lighting. Families will receive a private online gallery where they can view and purchase photos after picture day.
Do I have to pre-order photos?
No. There is no pre-ordering required.
You will be able to view your child’s images first and purchase only what you want.
How will I receive my child’s photos?
You’ll receive an email with a link to your child’s private online gallery. From there, you can select favorites and order digital images, prints, and specialty items.
How long does it take to receive the gallery?
Galleries are typically delivered within approximately 4 weeks of picture day.
What products are available for purchase?
Available items may include:
Digital image downloads
Prints
Buttons, magnets, and other specialty items
All orders are fulfilled through a professional photo lab and shipped directly to you.
What is a QR code and why does my child need one?
Each player is assigned a unique QR code that helps match photos to the correct gallery.
Your child will be handed a QR code just before taking photos, which the photographer uses to identify their images.
What if my child forgets or loses their QR code?
If a QR code is not presented at the time of photography, gallery delivery may be delayed or require additional follow-up.
Do you offer buddy photos?
Yes! Buddy photos are available upon request.
To ensure buddy photos appear in all appropriate galleries:

What if my child is absent on picture day?
If your child is absent or arrives late, they may miss being photographed. Make-up options are limited and subject to availability.
